GC started course in "advanced leadership", and have participated in this course trainees from the ASEZA and the civil defense and the Qatar armed forces.

Main objective of course are provide participants with modern theoretical concepts in managerial leadership and applying methods of effective leadership in supervising and motivating employees, besides creativity in problem solving and decision-making on scientific bases.
