GC holds training workshop entitled "Supervisory Skills", which lasts for a week. This workshop aims to familiarize participants with the theoretical concepts of modern managerial leadership, in addition to applying techniques of effective leadership in supervising & motivating employees , creativity in problem solving and decision-making scientifically.
